This policy explains what information roammotion.com collects and what we do with it. Roam Motion is operated by Roam Motion LLC ("Roam Motion", "we", "us").

What this website collects

Nothing about you. The site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no cookies, no third-party scripts and no forms. It doesn't ask for or store any personal information.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles technical information such as your IP address and browser type so it can deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't use that information to identify, track or profile visitors.

When you contact us

If you email hello@roammotion.com or call us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, your contact details and details about your project.

We use it only to reply to you and to run our business: for example, to prepare a quote, deliver work, and keep the records the law requires.

We never sell it, and we never share it with anyone for their own use. It is stored with the companies that run our email and phone service for us. We disclose it to anyone else only if the law requires us to.

Asking us to delete your information

Email hello@roammotion.com, call us, or write to the address below, and ask us to delete what we hold about you. We'll delete it and confirm when it's done.

If you are a client, we may need to keep some records, such as invoices and signed agreements, for as long as the law or the agreement requires. If so, we'll tell you what we're keeping and why.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
