Offers

Scoped to the decision you have to make.

Four offers for film, TV, commercials, music videos and virtual production, plus two additionally offered: attractions and themed environments, and aircraft cabins. Every film, TV and attraction job ships the standard delivery package.

Lead offer

Remote Tech Scout

The decision
Approve or reject a location without flying the team out.
What you get
One location captured, the standard delivery package, and a measurement sheet.
Usually for
Location managers and scouts with remote decision-makers; producers and line producers weighing the travel budget for a scout; commercial production companies working under drone or permit limits.

LED Stage Environment

The decision
Shoot a real location on a volume or green-screen stage.
What you get
The splat and point cloud prepared for the stage's pipeline, with coverage limits stated.
Usually for
Virtual production stages whose client needs a real location on the wall. Music video directors who want the look of a scanned location without a large volumetric shoot.
Limits
Static environments only. We don't capture performers.

Pre-Strike Record

The decision
Strike the set without losing it for pickups, continuity or set extensions.
What you get
A full capture of the set, plus a 360 HDRI for each lighting setup.
Usually for
VFX supervisors facing a strike, pickups or set extensions. Producers with a set at risk. Commercial productions with no VFX supervisor on set.
Short windows
Handheld capture is fast, so it fits the gaps between setups or the hours before strike.

Production Agreement

The decision
Keep a production's sets and locations captured across its schedule.
What you get
Scoped visits, a separate versioned capture for each set state, and acceptance checks on every delivery.
Usually for
VFX supervisors and producers who want one capture partner for the whole show.

Additionally Offered

Attraction and Themed Environment Capture

For theme parks, attractions, immersive art venues and museums.

The decision
Get a visitor to buy a ticket.
What you get
  • Fly-through videos of the space, cut for web and social
  • An embeddable walkthrough for your website or booking page
  • VR previews
Also useful for design
Current-conditions scans for retheme and renovation design, at our standard of under 3/8 in (1 cm). Millimeter ride and structural engineering is out of scope.
Access
Captured under the same written procedures, usually in after-hours or off-season access windows.
Usually for
Park and attraction marketing teams and their agencies, immersive venues, and themed-entertainment design firms.

Aircraft Cabin Visual Record

For business and commercial aircraft cabins.

The decision
Agree the cabin's condition at lease delivery and return, before modifications, at pre-purchase or after damage, without a pile of loose photos.
What you get
  • A walk-through record of the whole cabin from low, waist and overhead height
  • A linked 360 tour at every row
  • Timestamps, file checksums and a manifest with every delivery
Usually for
Aircraft lessors and lessees, MROs and completion centers, brokers, operators and management companies, and insurers.
Limits
A visual record, not a measured survey. Verify dimensions on the aircraft.
Access
Hangar rules, FOD control and NDAs followed on every job.

Standard delivery package

Every film, TV and attraction job ships this package. The Aircraft Cabin Visual Record is a visual record, not a measured survey, and has its own delivery, listed above.

  • A browser link that opens on a laptop or iPad, tested on an iPad before release
  • 360 panoramas from fixed positions, the format you already trust
  • A 3D model (Gaussian splat) for flying through the space
  • The lidar point cloud (E57) and a measurement sheet
  • A coverage report: what was captured, known gaps, and how it was checked

You own the data.

Add-ons

  • Hero texture photography, flat-lit and color-checked
  • OBJ meshes at three resolutions for VFX
  • Rush delivery
  • Annual hosting of your link
  • Reprocessing of archived raw data when splat methods improve

Every quote states

Scope, deliverables, acceptance checks, the review window, exclusions, and the cost of extra visits, changed briefs and rush work. We price by the deliverable and the decision, not by the day.
