What a scan won't tell you

Sound, power or sun path at a location.
Glass, mirrors, glossy black surfaces and very dark interiors don't capture well. We scope them out in the quote or disclose them in the coverage report.
It is not survey-grade. Millimeter work, such as ride and structural engineering, stays with tripod survey crews.
